Shield Maidens manager Squid-Kid was pleased that his side showed enough character to draw against Miranda F.C..
'I didn't think it was just battling, I thought it was real good quality. I always feel this group has got a chance to get something from the game and we've done it again. It's another valuable point. I don't like criticising referees and I thought he had a good match today but I was very, very disappointed by the decisions he made.'
In truth there probably wasn't as much between the sides as the scoreline suggests.
