| In danger of success |
Long after the players had gone home after a days training, long after the cleaners had finished tidying up after the long departed office staff. Long after most people were tucked up at home after evening strolls in the sun with loved ones, and long after joyful children had finished playing in the new summer weather trying to emulate their heroes at the club. And long after I get to the point of what im writing...
After all of this had passed, the club's chairmen and manager were locked in heated discussions; trying to figure out just why the club were looking, after 5 games, in danger of mising their pre-season aim of relegation and pure DV .
Insiders have revealed that in the heat of the boardroom deadlock, dramatic events included the crushing of paper cups and heated " Talk to the hand" arguments that have threatened to rip the stability out of the club.
When members of the press met late that evening to chat with manager Dyson, asking him if there is any truth in the rumours that his young starlets were actually doing too well, he became visibily angrier.
"The TRUTH," he yelled, "The Truth? You lot cant handle the truth.
"All you ever do is send photographers trying to catch me out with my elderly, hired ladies and then you sit here questioning my job!!"
With that Dyson stormed out of the room, declaring the conference over. As stunned members of the press were left open-mouthed Dyson re-appeared, once he realised he had stormed into the cleaners cupboard - and was seen being led away by the club's doctors .
So, the rumours go on and the club awaits the team's free fall down the league. Should the good results continue Dyson could be in trouble.
