It was the last day of the season and we travelled to the league leaders knowing a win would seal the title. They looked unstoppable on their own patch so it was a tough ask.....but we did it. A narrow 2 - 1 victory was enough to give us our second consecutive double.

I really feel for Tom; I genuinely thought he deserved to win the title. The way his side re-sponded from the opening day defeat to us was brilliant. They went on an unbelievable run in the league and it was the two losses against us that cost them the title.

DV was really good last season but the change report wasn't. This is obviously down to the ages of our players. We are really struggling now and I have had to bring in two 16 year olds with another to follow. Three in each part of the pitch. At least one of these will have to be added to the first 11 in order to lower average age. We are really going to struggle next sea-son but we will give it our best shot!
