At the beginning of the season the club confirmed complete adherence to communist principles would be the “sine qua non” of our management from game one to game fourteen in Division 5:15.
So far we have remained true to our aim of completely ignoring the transfer market in terms of buying players. FC Selbstveränderung does not wish to be guilty of buying human beings from the market as it flies in the face of our beliefs.
Nonetheless, there has been one player 'sold' and for this we are regretful as it means we are at least in some way breaking with the above idea. In response, we say that Daniele Magoni was not an average player going for a nominal fee. He was sold for over 10million econ and, as such, at that point could no longer be a communist. He shall not in the future be an alienated tool but in fact an even freer individual post this transaction and thus, given this system we are operating within, we can be happy, teleogically, that both parties are better off at this juncture of history.
In all other parts of the management of the club we have remained a hundred percent faithful and, thus, it is with great joy that it looks as though just one more point shall see the club make the playoffs for promotion this season. This was unexpected so soon after promotion and provides further justification that our ideology is completely correct for the future of the club.
In closing we take this opportunity to remind the departed Magoni, now at FC Bandits that;
"When communist artisans associate with one another, theory, propaganda, etc., is their first end. But, at the same time, as a result of this association, they acquire a new need — the need for society — and what appears as a means becomes an end. ... the brotherhood of man is no mere phrase with them, but a fact of life, and the nobility of man shines upon us from their work-hardened bodies."
