Who will step up?
FC Tanon are in the middle of a crisis regarding their strikers' form according to manager Keithsiah. The Tanites are clearly still reeling from the retirement of Szilard Dunai who was so essential at the front for this club, scoring and assisting them bucket loads. Now that he's gone, who will step up to take the mantle of top dog?

The Tanites cruised to a 2-0 win over Sparta Novara in their latest league match, but Keithsiah was clearly displeased that they only managed to take 2 of the 6 chances they had created. The early promises of Jean Baptiste Diawara and Augustin Christanval seem to have stagnated somewhat since making the step up to regular starters, and the new signing Jontovic Gillberg is still getting used to his surroundings. Besides them, Cameron Rimmer is a decent back up striker but failed to be the team's leading man and Luc Bolle has always been a bonus throw of the dice rather than a regular marksman.

Having said that, the young legs of Rimmer, JBD, and Christanval may still flourish to become top strikers while Gillberg may come alive in his 2nd season just like Dunai had before him. They need to find form quick though, as Tanites problems are greatly indicated by the fact that star defender Ercwlff Young is the highest goal scorer with 2 to his name.

"Yes we are struggling to find form in front of goal this season, its something we have to address, but its still early in the season and the boys will improve. Right now all we can do is win every game and score as many goals as we can no matter where they come from even if its from Matthias(Floret)!" - Keithsiah
