Jim is trying to install his style of play into the mindset of his players. It is his second season in charge at the helm. His first full season at bluezilliant. Jim and his players are finding points hard to come by. Is it time for a change of plan for them? Does jim need a plan b? He has a simple football game plan and does not like things to be over played in the middle of the park. Bluezilliant don't seem to be able to get this at the moment and with Jim being the weakest rank manager in the league trying to put up with games against some of the best there destined to go down again, unless things change and he find out what he is doing. Jim has been tipped of about one of his players are not playing for the team and for his own sake Jim would not name him. But in time we are sure that he will come out in the press and he will be named and shamed. "There is one player in the team that does not wish to be here. He is not trying in games and that is just not acceptable at this level. He is meant to be a role model to children and just strolling around the field and not giving a care in the world means that he will be looking for a new club come the end of the week" These were Jims words before there cup game against turda nous Fc. And we are guessing that this unnamed player will not be pulling on the shirt to play for the team again never mind this week.
