"The Match of the Century"
"It's a classic, an unmissable match, the game all the fans be them neutral or not gather around the TV to watch, it's the greatest clash between two rival football teams this league has ever seen." - Plaristocrates.

"Thinking about this match just makes my glutes quiver with excitement!" - Arnold Schwarzenegger

"Forget the El Clasico, forget the North London Derby, forget the Old Farm derby, this match, THIS MATCH, is the only derby worth watching." - Pelé

"This match is so important I even invite Messi around my house to watch it with me." - Cristiano Ronaldo

"Off with their heads!" - The Queen of Hearts

"I like turtles." - anonymous kid

"This best part is when they put the goal in the other team's net." - some fan

"Hello? I'd like to order some Chinese, please." - confused old man

You guessed it folks, it's that time of the season once again, two rival teams coming together to try and prove who can put more balls in the other team's net. In the home corner we have FC Barrymore II, top of the league with 21 goals scored and only 6 conceded; in the away corner we have the Swedish Swashbucklers who sit 2nd but are equal on points with FC Barrymore, they've scored 19 goals but have let in 12.

FC Barrymore have a slight lead over the Swashbucklers in their previous three encounters, having won two and only losing one. But, OmegaPit has told us he's been preparing for this match incessantly:

"I've created a team of expert analysts to study each and every one of Barrymore's previous matches, they study his tactics, formations, the underwear he wears and the playmakers he chooses. The analysis has been so in depth I could even tell you what Forestfire had for breakfast five years ago on this day. We can even predict at what times he'll go to the toilet in the next six months. Because of this I'm extremely confident we'll be able to walk away with all three points."

With only two games remaining the Swedish Swashbucklers have the chance to go top of the league and secure 1st place to send them automatically into Division 2, should they win their last game of course, but should they lose and other results go in favour of rival teams they may see themselves in quite a dangerous position come the last game of the season.

The bookies are predicting a close match, and FC Barrymore have slightly better odds due to their more solid form throughout the season, but many fans are expecting a sneaky Swashbucklers win.

All that's left to do now is to wait and see.
