| BK Hammarslag Couldn't Afford Joaric |
Joaric has just returned from Sweden and has issued the following statement:
'Hello everyone. I just want to make some things clear. For a start, I was in Sweden originally just for a little break. Then BK Hammarslag got in touch and I spent a couple of days with them. Unknown to me, they were also hosting TheNakedChef.
They must have worked hard to keep us separate, one at the training centre while the other was at the stadium. I watched them lose their Cup match with their Chairman. I was impressed with all that I saw, apart from the lack of fans, but that would change soon when I got them playing, I thought.
So when I got the call to meet the Chairman this morning I thought compensation had been agreed with Draculas FC and a contract was awaiting my signature. I was surprised to learn that I was not offered the job.
The Chairman came clean and told me about TheNakedChef. He assured me that he would have preferred to have given me the job, but financial restrictions meant they couldn't afford my suit and training gear, whereas TheNakedChef only wears a hat, which he brings himself.
Naturally I am disappointed at this turn of events. However, I would like to reassure Draculas fans that there are not many clubs I would leave them for...Only two other than BK Hammarslag, and I doubt that will happen.
I do believe in the project we have started here, and eventually I believe we can become a legendary club ourselves.'
