In Memory Of Manager's Sister! |
Kelly's Angels have now been formed into the League Of Champs, With a host of new players also arriving at the club.
We managed to catch up with the Kelly's Angels manager AJ Rowlands at the clubs training complex today and this is what he had to say on the subject, "Well it's been all change here! New team name along with a new group of player's, It's been very much out with the old and in with the new, The chairman of the club has been fantastic with regards to the new team name and funding new signings."
The manager went on to explain, "He the chairman has been very supportive in allowing me to bring in new player's, But most importantly he has allowed me to change the clubs name in memory of my sister Kelly who unexpectedly died recently, Kelly was not only my sister, but my best friend, she was a mum and a wife, who at 40 years old had everything to live for, the new team name is in memory of her! I seriously can't thank the chairman enough, with a new name and new players we will move this club forward in Kelly's memory, but will also make sure that her legacy is remembered by those who loved her and knew her throughout her life, as a club we stand together and our new club logo designed by the great (Nikester) will bond us as one! Hail the start of a new era!"
The manager Mr AJ Rowlands added, "With all this being said, We will now be fully focused on making Kelly's Angels one of the all time greats and strongest team's in the League Of Champs history, we know that we have a massive challenge on our hands, but we also know that it's one that we can fulfill and achieve together!"
