We are a smart club.

This is completely new ground for us, I have never before been to division 2. It felt great until I looked through the other teams in division 2a. This is going to be really tough. The goal is to stay but if we lose too many games in the beginning I will have to reevaluate this goal. Maybe we will just focus on development instead.

There has been a lot of critique for Gustav Ingmarsson today in the press, because he opted to refuse a transfer. He originally accepted a transfer but when no clubs would meet our 5m econs fee he changed his mind. He simply wants to stay at least one more season and help us fight for survival in division 2.

I have to admit that I was a bit annoyed by Ingmarsson's decision at first but then quickly respected his wish. He has served this club for many many seasons and has been one of our most important players for the last seasons also, especially since he has lead the team as captain.

I want the media to accept his decision as well because I think he has deserved the right to decide for himself. We are a smart club and we can cope with the money that we don't get for the transfer. We listed another player on the transfer market earlier today and I think that we won't have any problems economically in the future because of this.

Another change that we have made to the squad is the purchase of young midfielder Radomír Kokavec. I have great hopes for this young lad because you can already see that he has a great eye for passes and solutions on the field. He has also told me how motivated he gets when there is a win bonus at stake, something that we offer in most games.
