Calisto transfer complete

The sale of Calisto Quintana has seen a possible star of the future leave Cruzeiro and seek his fortune at a new club. Most fans were surprised at manager Dastons decision to let the young goalkeeper leave the club but at a news conference the manager shared his reasons. "Calisto is a highly ambitious player who we just couldn't give enough game time to in order to match his expectations and ambitions. With Amos Sivori already a regular and producing remarkable performances, we couldn't realistically guarantee Calisto more game time. The offer that came in was just too good to turn down in the end and gives us some much needed funds in order to strengthen the team in other areas."
