Today I took the helm of the Maltese club.  The situation can be described as an absolute disaster where players are demotivated and in disarray.  I can assure the supporters that I will terminate the contract of all those who showed no commitment towards the club.  My philosophy is simple...we plan for the long term.  Short term adjustments is not my belief.  This year is almost over now with us almost at the bottom with a miserable three points.  From now on, we have to show more will ... big changes ahead!
