After a hard fought semi-final cup loss, Gentlemen's Practice can concentrate solely on one game. Win or draw then they manage to finally realise their ultimate dream of challenging for the Xpert International crown. Lose and it's another season in Division 1 and a season with so much promise ends empty handed. Manager Phoenix, "it was a cracking game against Hartford. They're seasoned winners and to run them as close as we did will only make us a better team in the coming seasons. Now in the league we have one game to focus on. We'll prepare for it like we do any game, so far it's done us well. Our opponents were XCL participants and that's where we ultimately want to be so, if we are to do it these are the teams we need to beat. "It's going to be tough and messy but we don't want to end up in a play off match after leading the league for as long as we have."
