Linkans Crazy Tigers II are finally out of the XCL - despite going undefeated in this edition. The team ended up losing on away goals - which marks the 4th time that happens for Chrille.
"Yeah. First time was against Nobego back in the early days of Xperteleven, I can't recall if it was fair or not, but I do remember it was with Natural Goal Scorers from Xpert League - a team that doesn't exist anymore. Nobego ended up winning that year. Second time was against Matsugohei with The AntiChrists from Hattrick League. That one sucked extra hard as I was the favorite in that edition and dominated both games. Matsugohei went on to eventually lose the finals against Grassbandits. The third time was against RSole with The ChrillzmeisteR from Master League. RSole did extremely well and won the whole tournament. And the fourth time now is with Linkans Crazy Tigers II from Major League. Historically speaking, beating me on goal difference has always resulted in a XCL final as bare minimum, so Igorash may be in for a treat."
Such is life sometimes. You win. You lose. It's OK. I wish all the four remaining managers all the best - whoever wins it is a deserved champion in my opinion.
