Kill your darlings

It's a harsh reality for every coach who prefers conveyor type teams. At some point in time you have to let go of the players who have been crucial to the team for a long time. Today we said goodbye to two of our best players ever, who simply had to go to make our average age manageable. It feels a bit odd to let 32 skill bars walk out the door when we're already one of the weaker teams in the top flight, but in the interest of the long term survival of the club it had to be done. Fortunately our 5 star academy brought us a wonderful fragile 18-4 as a replacement, so our long term prospects are safe :)
