3 games left with 3 potential outcomes
The Wanderers look set to finish in their highest ever position no matter what results lie ahead. The first season in division two has been a mixed bag of results but one thing for sure is the DV figures for the entire squad should see some interesting jumps at the end of the season. A big question prior to that is where will they end up in the table?
Sitting 3rd with 3 games left is a promising position to be in, Blinvickers are gone at the top of the league, they can still be caught but Manager Dave Graham thinks not by his side. With 3 point scoring games the Wanderers could challenge Wolf Nation for a playoff spot but they would need Wolf Nation to slip up.
If points become hard to come by the Wanderers could easily find themselves in a relegation battle however it is hoped with 3 matches against 3 of the bottom 4 the Wanders should get what they need from the remaining games to remain safe.
Which brings us to the third outcome, status quo. Holding their position in the middle of the table, securing Division 2 football for next season is a great result. With DV's high it is hope that next season could be the season to realistically look towards Division 1.
