| True, you are right, my team is not at its peak. But you have the wrong idea with my team.. I did not buy all those young players to mature naturally.. They'll be sold by the end of the season. I'll buy ready made players with the cash, and build a strong team, super quick. In around 4 seasons I.. |

| Eventually I should have a core team that are very strong, of an optimum age in their 20's, and will hold an increasing level of dominance in Xtreme League as the top teams who teambuild poorly see their players retire with poor replacements. ;) |

| Don't worry, I'll be around, this team is BETTER than when I took over, and I still promoted to Division 1, it will not be a problem, I will sell most of the players under 20 or so soon.. and buy myself some super players to improve the first XI. |

| I agree that not all managers stay with the same team as well. I just don't know, with your loyalty bonus, you could have pretty much had an exceptional job! Even better than Sparta! You had better get your rank up though for when that team sinks. ;) |
