Welcome to the School Of VAT Champs:
This is a friendly, But very competitve league which is for VIP Member's and Non VIP Member's.
We are wanting very active managers in the X11 world (and the X11 Forums) to come on in and join us, So if you think that you are one of those managers then please come on in and join!.
We operate an open and democratic system in this league, Changes and decisions are taken by consensus and polls, So that you as managers will always have a say in the way this league is ran.
Direct transfers are turned on!, Dirty trix are turned off!.
We do expect you to do your press releases, With one every two weeks being the minimum requirement!.
Finally any manager absent for more than 1 week will be inactivated!, Unless he/she has notified a reason for there absence to the League Admin beforehand.
