The Chairman Knows Best League is very different to your normal Private League.

You play the part of the Manager, who has to deal with all the different things a real manager has to deal with...Within reason.

Admin plays the part of the Chairman, Sponsors, Fans and Media. The occasional Agent may be in touch too.

You need to keep all these happy, or risk losing your job. How you do that will vary according to the Chairman you get, and the reputation your club builds over time.

All Chairmen/Chairwomen are different, with different personalities and expectations. Some will be quite laid back and have more patience than others.

Squad rules: Maximum of three players 30 or over per position and a maximum of two players 21 or under per position. That is for the entire squad, not just match day squads.
