Mancaster United go into the last game of the season comfortably safe, on a par with the middle of the field and having relinquished an outside chance of promotion their Manager certainly didn't want.
"It would have been a catastrophe to go up. Our best midfielder and one other are retiring. The other two seniors in that department will both lose skill bars and two of our extremely promising lads have had injury ravaged seasons and have no chance of going up a bar. It will be crucial for us to find a couple of bargain buys in the close season."
