Monsters go top as suspensions loom
Monsters beat BK Degen 2-1 in tonight's game at the Pär Iwe Iwarson Arena. Despite Monsters dominating the game in possession and goal scoring oppprtunities, BK Degen nicked a goal through a fine practiced freekick which kept Monsters' manager Mad Max on the edge until the final minute. Mad Max told The Xpert Daily:
- I am delighted to be top of the table, but now suspensions are looming as both midfielder Elmroth and attacker Jonnergård are out for the next game.
- Both players were in top shape and would have been in the starting eleven, so it's a real blow for us.
