EO United have ensured they will remain in Division 1 for next season, with a seven point gap between EO and the relegation zone heading in to the last match of the season.
"This season was largely around development for us. We realised we did not have a squad capable of challenging for sustained success in the Xpert International, so decided upon developing youth instead. However, we wanted to remain in Division 1 to allow our youth to be developing against strong opposition."
EO united bought seven players to the club this season, all aged 19 or younger.
Defenders Nicklas Adelman (18) and Sverre Klarstrom (18), midfielders Anton Meyer (18), Eduardo Fialho (18) and Larry Ness (17), and forwards Ronald Zimmermann (19) and Ximun Izquierdo (17) all saw sustained game time over the course of the season.
"We are hoping for a strong change report to see development in these young players, and look forward to further developing and challenging the squad in Division 1 next season.">
