Alvito Vergueiro is the latest young prodigy fresh off the academy factory line.
With some interesting special skills and at 18 years of age he may be worth a punt even at this late stage of the season but it is a very tough call regarding the current batch of wannabees that are trying to make their mark in the squad.
Game time is precious at this point and friendlies will be needed every week to try and eek out a few extra fractions for the development points.
