Crimson Star
Xpert International, Xpert International
Manager: LFC73
Playoffs it is then!
.....
Crimson Star failed to take the Division 2c title at the final hurdle yesterday after going down 0-1 at RedStar.

"My bad!" said Manager LFC73, "I went searching for a point to take it out, but I think the change of tactic backfired on me! Too defensive against a good team who had nothing to lose and had a go at us - so kudos to them, and a big congratulations to Smapstone and his team on a fine season.

"It was theirs to lose a few weeks or so back, and then they started dropping a few points which put our noses in front. But I think we kinda lost our nerve under pressure, and the better team won.

"I'd like to think we could meet up again next season, but we got the wrong end of the stick in the playoffs draw, and pretty much my entire squad's form took a major dive after yesterday's loss! It like - Spot the green arrow! Cos there's only two of 'em, and one of those is a 17 year old who definitely won't feature in tomorrow's match!

"Or maybe I should throw the game and just go for one last shot at bonus DV...??"
