CF Infrastructure
Division 1b, Final League
Manager: SteaMBoileR
Interview with SteaMBoileR (Season 63).
CF Infrastructure manager SteaMBoileR participated in a new pre-season interview.

Reporter: First of all, welcome. You did a great job and finished second in the league. Can you tell us a little about last season?

SteaMBoileR: Thank you. Last season was a tough test for us. Even though we came in second, don't let the scoreboard fool you. There was not a huge difference between the second and sixth. The early announcement of Pannben United's championship brought us luck. I can say that we managed to stay in the league with that match.

Reporter: Will you be the champion this season?

SB: We actually had championship plans for this season. But Pannben United team is far above this league. It seems difficult to pass them. I think Pannben United will be champion again in the new season. 'XCL' won't tire them out. Because they have a very deep staff. Other teams, including us, will struggle to survive. Of course, I would also like to point out that. We are a little more experienced. If there is an opportunity, I will try to become a champion. But this is a low probability.

Reporter: What do you think about the new teams joining the league this season? You will face them in the first three matches. (Ume Reds, Internacional Danubio, Real Cobra)

SB: The Final league gets stronger as time goes on. The reason is this, the difference in power between the teams that left us and the new teams, the newcomers look stronger. I've been talking about the 'Final league' for the past two seasons. The teams from the first division managed to stay here. This is a remarkable statistic. It is not an advantage for the first games to be like this. I would like to meet them after knowing about them.

Reporter: What do you think about the teams you will meet again?

SB: Immortal Penguins sold a player. Nahit Gürbüz... This player was a problem for us. The best goalkeeper of the league, 'Dinis Baragan' is also in this team. Helsingfors retired the top scorer. Sold an experienced defender. These two teams lost power. But they are still in good shape for this league. Gothia IFK has a very strong staff. Talented players continue to be recruited. This season can surprise.

Reporter: CF Infrastructure is in a very good position in the league. However, they can't go very far in cup competitions. How would you explain this situation?

SB: Players gain enough match experience in cup competitions. Going further causes injuries. For this reason, I see cup competitions as a development. Our roster is not very deep. A deeper squad is needed to advance in two lanes. I know that. But I have a larger staff plan for the next generation by improving myself in this regard. Like football players, I evolve over time.

Reporter: When we look at it, we see that all the players come from the infrastructure. Why don't you ever transfer?

SB: That's the philosophy of the club. Target; winning XCL with only football players from the youth academy. When we look at the clubs that won the XCL, I don't remember the team that won the championship like this. At least I can speak for the 'Final league'. I want to break new ground and go into Xpert eleven history.

Reporter: That's a huge target. Do you think this is possible?

SB: Looking at the teams playing there right now, I don't see a team to be afraid of. Maybe one or two teams are stronger than us. But they can also be solved tactically. Everything is possible in life, it just depends on how much you want it.

Reporter: I have a question I ask every Coach who is at the top of the official leagues. Can you give advice for beginners?

SB: Xpert eleven is not just a game limited to 'tactics'. This game is a whole with 'talent, form, average age, team harmony, tactics, money, manager skill' and many more small details hidden in the background. It is a complex game. It is easy to play. Being a master is difficult. If we look at the people who have achieved success in this game, most of them are mature people. It's addictive. Good luck everybody...

Reporter: Thanks for the interview. We wish you success in the new season.
