After an absence of nearly 14 years then it was a great feeling and gave me great pleasure to be named as boss of this massive club. On the eve of my first game in charge I have had some time to spend getting to know the players this week and I must say I have been impressed from what I have seen in training. From the young players right through to the more experienced members of our team.  I will take this opportunity in the next two games to run the rule over the squad I have and would like to confirm in public that every one starts with a clean slate, the 12 defeats we have on the board so far are in the past and we will use these next two games starting with Dav Diamonds tomorrow to start a new chapter in the club's future as we look forward to building for next season and coming back stronger.
