Penguins direction is clear

As the season is approaching the pointy end of the campaign, we find ourselves in a position in the standings where we would normally be concerned about keeping our head above the relegation places, however if we don't go down this season, we definitely will next season as the age of the squad will get even younger next term.  At the beginning of the season, we found ourselves at a crossroads in which direction I would take the club forward in, but it is clear that this current squad of players has reached the end of their cycle and I feel that I need to regenerate the team in order to go again and build another great Immortal Penguins team over time. (I say "great", we only managed to win one Final league title, but you know what I mean). Over and out......
