Surprised with the result tbh. Not picking on you at all as set the same tactics more or less last few games, results are meaningless. Maybe we're your "bogey team"?

Dang, was hoping we had enough in the tank to beat you even with a compromised lineup (rested players on two yellows for the cup semi) but apparently not. I dread to think how much I would struggle against you with a full strength side. Good game, taken 2 points off us this season.

If so, I've had a fair few bogey teams. I would have played a stronger lineup against you to ensure the win but right now circumstances mean that the cup is more important than the league for me right now so I had to cut back from my usual win bonus amount by quite a bit so that I had money to form train and scout my cup opponents. I'm surprised I still manager to pick up the MOTR award from such a basic setup that had almost no care and attention taken to it. Anyway, good luck with your rebuild, from the sounds of it you have the starting blocks of a fantastic team of the future. We need to improve our decision making drastically next season if we want top flight football.
