| In photoshop, when saving go to: File- Save as web. Then select either jpeg or gif. You can then reduce the quality manually to the exact file size you want. |

| Lol, i've been there done that many of times. I made the best ever league logo, turned out to be around 70kb, and looked shit when reduced under 15kb. Sad times haha. |
