Porto has tactical rethink
FC Porto 93 manager Giovanni Croce has said that he will not implement the 4-3-3 formation after losing 5-1 away to Foggia Calcio in friendly.
"I was disappointed with the result. We had done well in previous games but it proved to be a bad away to integrate the new players. I think I have to scrap that formation. "
Croce also decided to sack two players.
"They were going to retire so I sped things up. I need to bring in a balance of youth as well as experience but skilful ones. I need them to contribute right away."
