Missed Opportunity
South Hooligans has missed a great chance to secure the Division 2b title overnight, after being held to a 2-2 draw at home against Topmen. We held about 60% of the ball and created six chances to only three... but our opposition managed to score two from three chances despite playing defensive. It was one of those games that just wouldn't go our way - it was topped off by a serious, season-ending injury to our number 1 keeper, Viktor Kristensson. Awesome.
That puts us in a really crappy position for our final league game next week, knowing we need a result away to Pars United. BBB host Nimbin, and they could actually rack up 6-8 goals... so the season will come right down to the wire!
