Tough Decision

After giving it much thought, I decided that it was best for him to say goodbye to Pirates F.C. and move on to FC Marvel Shadows. I took over the job at Pirates back in Season 26 of the Ultimate League. The Division 6 side had been struggling and with a few new faces and some hard work, in a few seasons the team moved up to Division 4. I leaves Pirates in the lead of Division 4m with a 6 point lead with 3 games left. Pirates should achieve promotion to Division 3 for the 2nd time in history and although the team has some great players, I felt that change was needed after 5 great seasons.  We have set tactics for our next league game on monday but we hope the best for the team and the Ultimate League as I am sure I'll miss it. The team just didn't seem to be at the point that I hoped they'd be after 5 seasons. Pirates is clearly stronger than when I first took over, however, I feel like my time at the team has come to an end, at least for now. FC Marvel Shadows have also experienced a terrible season so far with only 6 points in 7 league games but the team has a bright future. The team is filled with players having amazing special qualities and although the form and DV of several players are not at a best place, 7 games is a lot of time to change things. I will be looking only to improve form and DV this season in hopes of having a good change report. Staying in Division 3 would be nice but it is by no means at the top of the priority list. The team has a bright future and we will be looking to turn things around this season, hope for a good change report and see what happens in the off season. Although some of the youth players have improvements to be made in DV, none of the young players will be sold although we will be looking to cash in on Zachary Leslie a 31/11 forward as cash is not very high in the bank right now. The team has great potential and I am hoping to accomplish some great things with this club but only time will tell.
