'The phenomenal One' and his team made it past the latest hurdle to reach the 6th round of the Xpert League Cup beating Linlithgow Illuminati 4-2 in the shoot outs after the game ended 1-1. It was the 2nd time Colorado have been engaged in the penalty shoot out this season and the 3rd time they have dragged a game into extra time.
Arsha speaks on the importance of digging deep, and keeping the team morale high:
"At the start of the season we were on a very good run. Then we had that period where we lost two games in a row. Now we are on another good run, and allowing it to continue will only bode well for the morale of the team. There are times we have to win like on Tuesday, and there are times we have to win like today. It's all about finding the right balance between our offensive and defensive play.
"Today I told the boys to go out there, enjoy themselves and try not to concede much goals. They really surprised me especially in the second half. You can see from our team work value that the desire to succeed is there. Maybe from now on I'll only be telling them to go and enjoy themselves. " [he smiled ]
When quizzed on the league table, his future and Stevie Hoover's impact, he responded
"As you can see I want to enjoy my bottle of palm wine now., can we leave those topics for another day? Let me at least celebrate today's victory."
