Constanzas announce new manager

"Good afternoon everyone. Constanzas FF are delighted to announce Sayan44 as their new manager." -Xpertwitter

Following the departure from Super Kings AFC, as reported last night, Sayan44 has joined Constanzas FF as their new head coach. Constanzas have been without their old manager GeorgeConstanza since 11th October when he was sacked by the club after a failure in the cup and a run of bad results in the league. George, in his last presser, did manage to express his disappointment of such poor results. The team was looking for new manager, and when they got their eyes on Sayan I guess they didn't think twice before making him an offer. Let's hear it from the manager himself:
"I don't know how many times I have to do this, but for the 7th time in last 10 years of my Xpert11 career I have to say that I am delighted to be here. Actually, I didn't have much of a choice really. My time was almost over in Super Kings AFC as the board wasn't happy with the way things were going there. I have been in meetings with them for the last 2 weeks since our first defeat of the season. I don't know what to say, but they are the owners, so my point doesn't matter much there.

"Following last season's successful league campaign, the owners were ready to give me a contract extension, which I refused as I didn't want to rush any decision. I guess in a way I was right. The club wasn't moving forward with me anyways. This season I felt completely different than last, I guess the rumours about losing the dressing room were true after all. I don't know, moreover I don't want to know. Let's talk about Constanzas now shall we?"
On why Constanzas?
"Well as I said before, I didn't have much of a choice. The offers I got in last few weeks were not good enough to be lucrative. You have to keep in mind, I wasn't sacked by Super Kings, it was a mutual decision which could've been taken even in the next week or month or maybe before the start of next season. But both of us decided to do it now, hence we are here. Now coming back to why Constanzas, like I said, I didn't have other good options. This one clearly was a better offer than others. A club like this; mainly a squad with so much potential to work on, it's great to be here alright."
So, when are you jumping ship again?
"I don't know, may be after 2-3 seasons? Could be next season, I don't know. Let's be clear before proceeding to the next question because I know what's you lot are going to say, that I am a team hopper and blah blah blah. Yeah I am. I tend to hop my job when I don't feel excited by it, or get bored over it. It's not just xpert11, in last 10 years I have changed my job 5 times. And none of them was for any problem other than me not being comfortable working at a place for long time. You can say that I am team hopper."
So, are you a team wrecker?
"Dare you say I am a team wrecker! See, in the past I hopped from New World Order because after the cup final defeat I didn't know if there was something left for me to do. Hence I quit it. I tookover a fresh Super Kings team with brilliant potential. Lot of people called me a team wrecker back then too, but I left them (i.e. Super Kings in Power League), I left the site, as I didn't want the team to get spoiled by me not giving much attention to my job.

"What happened after doesn't concern me. If I was a team wrecker, I would've sold their youths or spent the econs on weak players before leaving. I didn't do that. I chose to leave them rather than wreck them. So think twice and go to history before calling me a team wrecker."
Expectations?
"Nothing much, just winning the 3 remaining games and looking forward to the change report. As you can see, we have already won a vital match last night against Two Tents. I would like to keep that momentum going into next season. I liked that performance. It was refreshing to watch *cough* good football *cough*".
Any final words on Super Kings AFC
"I would like to wish them a very good luck, and whoever takes over it. I can see they won their match today with my tactics. I am glad that I manage to give them something as a parting gift. And Ryan Esson, you're a good player but you're certainly not the best; try to improve yourself son before calling yourself a fox in the box."

Constanzas FF will face Uvijek Vjerni 2014 next.
