Prairie Oysters took a huge step towards the Division 4K title with a huge 4-1 away victory at leaders Thurlstone. Oysters started brightly and made 2 early chances before Thurlstone had the cheek to score first, but a linesman's flag had that ruled out for offside. Oysters did take the lead before the break to take a slender half time lead. VAR ruled out a perfectly good Oysters 2nd goal before they doubled their lead for real. Thurlstone took advantage of a mix up between 2 teenage Oysters defenders to go 2-1 behind, but it was Oysters who pressed forward and substitute Kurt weighed in with 2 late goals to confirm a 4-1 scoreline. 10 chances created for Oysters away from home had the manager beaming with delight. This was a victory which took Oysters top by one point with one game to go and that is against Trotter FC who sit proudly bottom with 3 points all season.
