From our Liverpool correspondent, Chris Whitty:  Visitors Special Team parked the bus when they came to play FC Carragher at Otterspool today, and the tactic worked as they went away with a point.   "I do not blame them for their cautious approach," manager Portly told me after the game.  "They are good friends of ours and I am sorry they have been relegated.  I'm sure they will bounce back next season."   Despite the frustration of the match, there was jubilation at the end, because news came through that promotion rivals Hammarby had lost their game, and FC Carragher were champions.
