Norax F.C.
Division 3h, Power League
Manager: Nikimus
What a legend!
Yesterday was a day with joy and a tear for Norax F.C.

Joy because after the unexpected 3-0 win against Dulwich Dynamo the team finished third in the top tier, the best league performance ever!

But also a tear because it was the last game Mischa van der Sleen has played for the club. After 18 seasons he has decided to quit professional football, way to young with his 34 years. And way too soon as he is still one of the best defenders in the league.

With 318 competitive games for the club he is one of the true legends! Starting in division 1, going down to division 5 and becoming one of the strongholders helping the team climbing up the ranks to become one of the top teams on the highest level!

Playing in the X11 CL twice, awarded 3 player of the season awards during his career including one in the top flight, won 6 division titles and most important of all: becoming the one and only player in Norax F.C. history whom has won two major trophies by winning the cup twice.

Unfortunately he was never crowned as champion on the highest level, but if the club will be able to manage to do so he still deserves the credits!

Mischa, thank you very much! You are a true legend!
